1. Ownership of Content
All artwork, images, text, and materials displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Valerie Rodriguez unless otherwise stated. No part of this website may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Artist.
2. Artwork and Product Information
Each artwork is created by hand and may contain natural variations in color, texture, and finish. These characteristics are part of the creative process and do not constitute defects.
The Artist strives to display artwork colors as accurately as possible, but color variations may occur depending on screen settings.
3. Payments
All prices are listed in [USD or your preferred currency] and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full before artwork is shipped or delivered.
4. Shipping
All artworks are packaged with care to ensure safe delivery. Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier availability. The Artist is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond control.
5. Refunds and Returns
All sales are final. Refunds or replacements will only be offered for artwork that arrives damaged during shipping. To qualify, you must notify the Artist within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging.
6. Commissioned expectations.
Commissioned pieces are priced according to the length of time and complexity required to complete the work. The Artist will collaborate closely with the client throughout the process to ensure the artwork aligns with the client’s vision and expectations.
A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to begin all commissioned projects, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
Revisions outside of the agreed-upon scope will be subject to additional fees determined by the Artist based on time and materials.
All commissioned works remain the intellectual property of the Artist unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. The Artist retains the right to use images of commissioned work for promotional and portfolio purposes.
7. Copyright and Usage Rights
Purchase of an original artwork or print does not transfer reproduction rights. The Artist retains copyright to all images, including the right to reproduce, sell prints, and use images for promotional purposes.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected during purchases (such as name, email, and address) is used solely for order fulfillment and communication related to your purchase. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Artist is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of any artwork.
10. Changes to Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
